Steffy – ‘Leather’ pants (10.10.12)

Look: Steffy -
I think these might be the same bad ass chick pants Steffy wore on her motorcycle. If they are, then The Real Deal are by All Saints. We only caught a glimpse of these this week, so this is the best I could do for a screen cap…if we get a better look next week I’ll let you know and update. I have included a Helmut Lang pair. And there’s a ‘faux’ leather pair below for my vegan friends too.

Steffy – Quilted Biker Jacket (6.28.12)

She’s back with her rocker chic cool swagger, and she seems strong handling the nuptials. What better way to appear tough than to throw on some leather. Steffy wearing her summer version with the distressed T and white jeans. Did you notice the repeater with the earrings? She wore these Heather Gardner boho tusk earrings back in March. Here’s the post with the earrings and where to get them. And the jacket. Cool quilt detailing. She also wore a quilt detail leather jacket in January (see post) , but it was box shaped.

Liam – Black Cardigan (3.8)

No matter what your feelings are about Liam (I’m a fan), he totally deserves points today with how he handled ‘it’s not the end game’ conversation with Hope. He also deserves points for the simple crisp white shirt with the black cardigan he wore over it. He looks very handsome, and I like the departure from the leather jacket/ shirt look. Apart from button front, fitted structure and deep V it’s a bit tough to distinguish style details to be certain of the Real Deal, so here are some versions to consider. I think the All Saints one is the most stylish, but they are all nice styles:

Brooke – Ruffle Top (Feb 7)

Brooke is on a roll this week defending Hope, wowza. She means business and can be taken seriously in her dark business outfit, but she loses credibility a bit with those horrible green pants. If they weren’t so ill fitting, they just maybe would work. I liked where they were going with the black on primary color….it just didn’t work. Anyhow, I’ll focus on the upper half. Her underpinning has a nice ruffle which breaks up the harshness of the structured blazer. I like that the ruffle isn’t too overwhelming so it doesn’t completely take over. It’s just enough ruffle that I think it could be worked with many different outfits.  It would look pretty with a pencil skirt and cardigan, or with some jeans and a bunch of bangles and heels.
