The necklaces are by J Crew, and Hope wore them in other episodes about 6-8 months ago. They are two necklaces. The shorter and the longer layering one. The bad news is that they aren’t in stock anymore, the good news is I found a few on ebay. Here are the links. If you search more on J Crew necklaces you might find a few more.
