The dress itself is a long sleeve, boat neck knit dress, with a tie drop waist. It’s a mini, but the dress isn’t super fitted so it looks classy, and the long sleeves and boat neckline keep the focus on only one exposed body part. The kick-butt booties are the perfect combo.
