Brooke – Color Blocked Dress (4.24.12)

Brooke must be tiny, do you see how short this is on the model below? It’s still short but not as short. The color blocking on the dress is a unique ‘shades of blue’ combo with the lighter shade on the bottom of the dress, and the bright blue on the top. The top with the v neck and dolman sleeves billow down to a sash belt  worn as a slight drop waist. It’s another pretty DVF number. I think this bright blue would look great on brunettes, but it looks gorgeous with Brooke’s blond hair.

Did you happen to notice the cool black cuff bracelet? Nice to see Brooke wearing something non-bling or metal for a change. Love the look.

Brooke – Flower Bracelet (4.13.12)

I think Brooke’s agent in real life should get her a gig as muse/model for Hermes or Ralph Lauren. Tell me she doesn’t own this outfit with classic Ralph Lauren elements, combined with the look of a little Escada and then some Marc Jacobs whimsy with her bracelet. I couldn’t help but keep following the bracelet like a cat watching a moving toy. I think it’s just a clever bracelet to put on with an outfit where you would expect to see a large gold link or rope style bracelet to match her necklace (boring). I’m so glad the stylists went with this lovely instead. Here is the bracelet if you want to try it with your own wardrobe:

Brooke – Clover Necklace (4.3.12)

There have been quite a few fab long necklaces of late, and this one is no exception. Brooke means business trying to assert her opinion onto Rick and Amber, but it doesn’t appear to be working. What does work though is this metallic bronze sheath dress, with the long clover design necklace by Tory Burch. The Real World necklace version is pretty close. Maybe the necklace will bring Brooke better luck next time. Here it is:

Brooke – Gray Silk Blouse & Circle Earrings (3.23)

Trying to help with the damage control of the ‘Hope Fraud’, Brooke looks cool and under control in her silk V neck blouse. We saw her in a similar version of this blouse in white a couple of weeks ago here, also made by designer Vince.

To complete Brooke’s look with her circle pave earrings, here are a couple of near identical and affordable options:

Brooke – White Silk V Neck Tunic (3.8)

This is a great look for Brooke, she looks gorgeous. She has it tucked into some fitted pants, but it would also work un-tucked with the nice rounded hem. The dolman sleeves and loose fit are flattering for all body types, but the V neck adds a pretty touch of extra femininity. Beautifully made with the horizontal stitching on the back. You could wear any statement necklace, delicate necklace or a long necklace like Brooke is wearing here. Here is the Real Deal and some Real World versions:

Brooke – Brown satin dress (2.29)

Brown silk satin, by DVF. Elegant. It is tough to wear silk satin unless you have on spanx for a good half of your body, but the draping of the dress is perfect to hide imperfections, and enhance the areas we gals usually want to enhance. Easy to wear day, night, cocktail, whatever. I wish Brookes up-do wasn’t a messy up-do, it’s distracting. I think a MadMen sleeker up-do would be a better fit with this look. In my opinion. She looks great no matter what.

Brooke – Sheer nude top (Feb 23)

See Brooke, see her being the voice of reason trying to convince her young daughter to be more like mom. Hilarious. But she is wearing this cool tunic with a drop waist double belt. The blouse is sheer, and worn boldly here with just a bra. I actually was out with a friend last weekend who wore a very similar sheer top layered on top of a sequin tank. It looked so pretty, really toned down the obvious bling of the sequins and made it more chic instead of too much. I love items that can be re-worked to look many different ways and this is one of them. And this is by Helmut Lang so it has some of their trademark angular construction, here the uneven hemline with a 15 degree asymmetry. Major chic.

Brooke – Lace Top (Feb 15)

Brooke looks so pretty in her white lace top, maybe she’s in no-wedding mourning. Regardless you could wear this top a ga-billion ways with colored tanks underneath, a leather jacket on top, jeans or make it formal with a satin skirt.

Her hair is divine with this style of top, with a loose side pony, and wearing encrusted hoops. What a nice sunny day outfit lunching at the outdoor Forrester gym (weird). I can barely workout at my gym with all the special smells and strange sights. I guess Brooke and Katie don’t care about the gal doing sit ups 2 feet from them. Anyhow, pretty top.

Hope – Logan Girls Wedding Party (Feb 10)

We were left with a cliffhanger on Friday, not even knowing if Hope’s wedding is going to happen. We will find out soon enough, but in the meantime, here’s some posts showing what the sisters were wearing:

The Bride to be. Hope’s original creation by Eric/ Ridge Forrester actually looks like it is the J Crew version below with a sequin belt put over top. I like the halter and princess skirt.
